1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using L2Hub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. LICENSE AND USAGE
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use our software for personal enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
3. USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or hardware identification. Attempting to bypass our security measures, license system, or exploiting vulnerabilities will result in immediate and permanent termination of your access.
4. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Certain features of L2Hub are offered for a fee. By selecting a premium tier, you agree to pay the specified fees. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
5. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our services are provided on an as is and as available basis. L2Hub makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall L2Hub or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform, even if authorized representatives have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Account bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by third-party game platforms are strictly your responsibility.
